Our signature cocktail menu has been inspired by the themes of our guest rooms. They are original creations, using Scottish spirits as the band ingredient and contain infusions, liquors or bitters created in-house.

Dark Skies is inspired by Johann von Lamont who was a Scottish-German astronomer and physicist and whom the Astronomy bedroom is themed around.
