Film at The Fife
In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are pleased to screen the Oscar-winning ‘Frida’ starring Salma Hayek, which tells the story of the life and works of Frida Kahlo, one of the most extraordinary and celebrated artists of the 20th century.
This visually dramatic film follows Frida’s personal and creative struggles, from her tempestuous marriage the great Mexican painter Diego Rivera (played by Alfred Molina) to her fight for creative and intellectual recognition.
