Guided Hike

Boot up and head out with an estate ranger, mountain guide or history buff for company. ‘Bag a Munro’ as you climb one of the 55 mountains in the Cairngorms over 3000ft above sea level.

The Ghillie team can recommend a suitable route based on the weather conditions throughout the year, and there are also family-friendly routes.

What To Expect

The hotel can provide a delicious packed lunch to enjoy in the glorious landscape. The boot room can also supply you with wellington boots and warm Barbour coats. If needed, the hotel shop sells walking socks, gloves and hats and in the village there is an outdoor shop where you can purchase walking boots, if you wish.
