Celebrating Scotland’s most famous sporting export, the Fife Arms Kilted Open returns for the second year from 17th – 19th May with the added exclusive opportunity to play golf at Balmoral.
The Kilted Open offers the chance for golfers of all levels to play as part of a 4-ball or create their own 4-ball in the Texas Scramble format. Each team has to create a name for themselves and there is a prize for the best name. The wearing of kilts by all players is strongly encouraged.
The weekend begins with welcome drinks and a dinner where you will meet your fellow golfers.
On Saturday 18th May, discover one of Scotland’s most dramatic golf courses nestled in a remote valley of the Cairngorms National Park. A true community course, Braemar Golf Club, provides a unique opportunity to play a round of golf overlooked by golden eagles, stags and other rare wildlife.
Sunday takes all participants to the spectacular nine hole / eighteen tee Royal golf course set within the grounds of Balmoral Castle, where after playing, guests are invited to enjoy a BBQ lunch prepared by the Balmoral team using produce from the estate.
