Commis (Pastry) Chef
I will be responsible for supporting the imagining, creating and delivering of attractive and delicious desserts, pastries, cakes and breads in keeping with our luxury and inclusive brand with the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.
Responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Responsible for developing the annual planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and garden and landscaping programme as well as meeting ad hoc requirements to ensure that the fabric and facilities of the hotels and other parts of the portfolio are at all times safe, secure, operating as required, and presented to a high quality in keeping with the high standards of Artfarm.
You will ensure quality food preparation and presentation, ensuring an unsurpassed dining experience every time. You will demonstrate a high level of commitment to standards, training, policies and procedures.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The role is often the first point of contact for our guests and central to the guest stay. Our new Receptionist will be confident in the following areas:

Chef de Partie
I will take responsibility for a section of the Kitchen ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to all F&B Operations including the bar/restaurant/room service/banqueting/cocktail bar/events catering/outside catering. This requires, working with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
You will deliver all kitchen porter services to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and delivers an excellent guest service. You will do this by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic You will unload deliveries and organise the stores and assist with basic food preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with delivery personnel.
You will be able to demonstrate high standards of customer care and effective treatments ensuring the guest experience from booking to departure is welcoming, nurturing and comfortable. You will demonstrate knowledge and experience of spa services, sale of products as well as hands on delivery of treatments. You will be willing to learn and develop in the role.
