Junior Sous Chef

Maintenance Assistant

You will assist with the general maintenance of the hotel internally and externally, carrying out repairs, installation and renovations projects to the highest standard.  You will be conscientious, trustworthy and have a strong ability to apply health and safety compliance to every task that you do.

Breakfast Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading and managing our breakfast operation to the highest standard.  You will have a solid background in a food and beverage related role along with excellent team leader skills.  You will have the ability to recruit, train and develop the best possible breakfast team to ensure we consistently exceed guest expectations.

Night Manager

You will lead all Night Receptionist and Night Manager activities within the hotel.

You will work closely with the Night Porters and Daytime Receptionists and provide a great guest experience from the booking of reservations (typically from outside the UK due to time differences) to check-in and check-out.  Liaising with the entire hotel team, you will ensure that the flow of communication is seamless for the guests’ benefit.

You will be responsible for leading and managing all events and coordinating sales.  You will deliver a proactive and dynamic approach to creating, promoting and selling events.  You will work closely with Reservations and Food & Beverage to ensure that all events are coordinated and delivered with flair, utilising every opportunity to exceed guest expectation.  You will ideally have previous experience in events and promotions with excellent guest relationship skills and exceptional organisational skills.

You are responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel, and for cleaning and laundering guests’ personal items, as well as staff uniforms. You will deliver an exceptional porter service to all guests, ensuring requests are executed with flair, to the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.
