Chef de Partie
You will have a passion for creating, developing, and maintaining an inspiring recipe book using the very best of local and national natural resources and ingredients. Working with the hotel accountant, you’ll support all financial administration and accounts payable/receivable.
Our ethos is of cooking with open flame, butcher from “nose to tail” and utilising the best ingredients from our estate, and Scotland’s abundant land and sea larder. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our state of the art kitchen. A highly skilled chef looking to move up, who cares passionately about food, you will also be willing to learn and adapt to different ways of cooking.
Supporting the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting administration of the whole “employee lifecycle”, from recruitment and onboarding, to learning and development.
You will work independently, cleaning the guest rooms and public areas whilst applying the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. This role is on a full-time or part-time and flexible hours basis with potential to work in balance with your personal and family life. You will be personable, hard-working and committed to exceptional customer service.

You are a Spa Therapist, who may be newly qualified, and able to demonstrate high standards of customer care and effective treatments ensuring the guest experience from booking to departure is welcoming, nurturing and comfortable. You will demonstrate knowledge and experience of spa services, sale of products as well as hands on delivery of treatments. You will be willing to learn and develop in the role. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to progress their career where training will be provided in respect of our bespoke and unique spa. We will actively support your personal and career development.
You are responsible for providing a warm, friendly and relaxed experience for all, whether hotel residents, local community members, parties or visiting tourists. You will be passionate about food and drink, have excellent customer relationship and sales.
You will deliver all kitchen porter services to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and delivers an excellent guest service. You will do this by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic You will unload deliveries and organise the stores and assist with basic food preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with delivery personnel.
You are responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel, and for cleaning and laundering guests’ personal items, as well as staff uniforms. You will maintain an inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs, and maintain all laundry equipment with support of Maintenance Team Leader.
You will provide a great guest experience from the booking of reservations to check-in and check-out. Liaising with the entire Hotel team, you will ensure that the flow of communication is seamless for the guests’ benefit. You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, IT and problem-solving skills, and ideally, be experienced in hotel reception or reservations.
Food & Beverage Team Leader
Our Team Leaders are critical to ensuring a consistent and quality experience to our guests by ensuring that you lead, develop and coach your team. You will inspire by personal example, demonstrating our values and striving to achieve our goals. You will ideally be experienced in first class service , but more importantly you will be a positive role model and a skilled first line manager.
You will be responsible for imagining, creating and delivering attractive and delicious desserts, pastries, cakes and breads in keeping with our first class brand. This requires, with the Executive Chef:-
• Creating, developing, and maintaining an inspiring pastry recipe book using the very best of local and national natural resources and ingredients,
• Recruiting and training and developing a great team,
• Leading, managing and coaching your team to achieve the highest standards,
• Building great relationships with the wider Hotel Team, particularly F&B and Events,
• Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures,
• Developing key relationships with suppliers,
• Being proactive in managing the kitchen budget, and
• Ensuring all food, health, welfare and safety standards are applied.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping of all guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas. Supervising a team of Housekeepers, you will assist in ensuring high standards of cleanliness in all areas. You have strong organisational skills, a natural flair for hospitality and a strong eye for detail.
