Reception Supervisor – Assistant Front Office Manager

Leading and managing the Reception Team to maintain the highest standards of guests’ experience, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive team to manage our guests’ experience from check in to check out by leading the team of Receptionists and working closely with the Ghillie and Porters. The development and training of operating standards and procedures, as well as guest service are part of the role. The position is also part of the Hotel’s Duty Manager rota.

With a natural flare for hospitality, you are also able to cope under pressure, work in a team, solve problems, as well as communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
