Rachael Henley
General Manager
Since starting in December 2020, Rachael’s passion for people and work ethic has been admirable and under Rachael’s leadership, in 2024, The Fife Arms was awarded Two Michelin Keys at the inaugural awards. Prior to the Fife Arms, Rachael held important operational and managerial positions, most recently as Food & Beverage Manager at Grantley Hall in Yorkshire and at The Idle Rocks Hotel in Cornwall.
Christopher Niven
Executive Chef
With over two decades of culinary experience, Christopher is a seasoned Executive Chef with a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector. His culinary expertise has been refined within the walls of esteemed 1, 2, and 3 AA rosette dining establishments as well as within the luxurious confines of 4- and 5-star hotels and resorts including Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, Dubai, Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts, North Berwick and Fairmont, St Andrews. A semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2017 and a finalist in the Craft Guild of Chefs’ National Chef of the Year in 2021, Chris now leads a dynamic kitchen team of 30, as Executive Head Chef at the Fife Arms, overseeing both the Clunie Dining Room and The Flying Stag Pub.
