The Cellar

Nestled in the heart of the hotel, the Cellar offers a selection of over 50 wines by the glass and over 400 bottles on the list.

With a range of classics and icons, the list prides itself on the additional discovery of smaller domaines, regions and wines of viticulturally mindful practice. From rare fine wine verticals from “old world” estates to thoughtfully curated alpine wines, our growing cellar has something for all curious lovers of wine and the art of wine.

Our in-house sommeliers can guide you through the range and are more than happy to meet you in the cellar to help plan your wine experiences throughout your stay.

The Cellar is open every day from 5pm to all guests.

Wine Tasting Experience

For the love of… Wine

Within the intimate setting of our wine cellar, our in-house head sommelier has created two wonderful new tutored wine tastings for guests to enjoy during their stay at the Fife.

Mountain wines

As we’re nestled in our own alpine realm here in Scotland, we’ve explored the viticultural heaven created by the complexity and diversity of Alpine conditions and look forward to sharing some of these gems with you.

Small domaine classics

A nod to our love of the classic regions, though through the lens of lesser-known names – the unique and distinctive styles and techniques of small family-run vignerons and producers who thrive in these regions.

Our wine tasting is £90pp and available Monday – Saturday.
