About the Event

Canadian-British, London-based designer Edeline Lee grew up in Vancouver, Canada, before moving to London and graduating from Central Saint Martins. After working at luxury labels including Zac Posen, Alexander McQueen and Christian Dior, Lee launched her own label at London Fashion Week in 2015, where she is known for her immersive and performative shows.

All Edeline Lee pieces are made by hand in England and are designed for the ‘Future Lady’; a multifaceted heroine of her own creation, and the driving force behind her designs. The focus is on timeless, high-quality garments designed to be worn and valued for years to come. Lee has received strong support from the women of the art world, who naturally gravitate towards her aesthetically sophisticated signature. Her work has also been worn by many celebrities and key figures including Olivia Colman, Cate Blanchett, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Helen Mirren, Taylor Swift, Sandra Oh, and The Princess of Wales.

At the Festival of Fashion, Lee explores her journey, inspirations and learnings in conversation with Lydia Slater, Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar.

A Q&A will follow the talk. Please note, we cannot offer refunds for ticketed events. Professional photography and videography may take place during this event.
