The Fife Arms’ October Half-Term Art Room programme offers a wide range of creative activities for children and their adults to enjoy.
We have been inspired by the story of Treasure Island, of which the first 15 chapters were written by author Robert Louis Stevenson whilst on holiday in Braemar. We’re also celebrating the Gaelic festival, Samhain (“Sow-win”), an important date in the Pagan calendar for it marks the Day of the Dead, known to many of us as Halloween.
Try your hand at scripting your very own Treasure Island tale, have a go at making a spooky spider using willow grown here in Deeside, or simply grab a sketch book and head outdoors using our stunning local environment as your creative canvas. Please contact reception for full details of the half term art room activities
