With a range of classics and icons, the list prides itself on the additional discovery of smaller domaines, regions and wines of viticulturally mindful practice. From rare fine wine verticals from ‘old world’ estates to thoughtfully curated alpine wines, our growing cellar has something for all curious lovers of the art of wine.

Within the intimate setting of our wine cellar, our Head Sommelier has created two wonderful tutored wine tastings for guests to enjoy during their stay at the Fife. Our wine tastings each last an hour and are £65pp. Enhance your experience with our ‘Ghillie’s Board’, a selection of Scottish cheese and charcuterie curated to complement the wines for £27. From the glacial heart of the Swiss Alps, the Rhône begins its majestic 813-kilometre journey – carving landscapes and nurturing some of the world’s finest terroirs for wine. As it courses toward the Mediterranean Sea, it feeds both the celebrated vineyards of the French Rhône and the hidden gems of lesser-known regions that we will discover in this curated tasting experience.
