The perfect spot for a pre-prandial aperitif or a late-night digestif, the bar showcases Scottish spirits and elixirs.

Cocktail Masterclass

Indulge in a unique experience with the experts at Elsa’s Cocktail Bar. The Cocktail Masterclass invites you to explore the craft behind great cocktails while enjoying an Elsa’s signature creation alongside a classic favourite.
During the session, the Elsa’s team will guide you through the ingredients, techniques, and processes behind each drink, including batching cocktails and creating distinctive garnishes. Along the way, you’ll also discover the story of Elsa’s legacy and the art that defines the bar.
The masterclass lasts approximately an hour and is £150pp. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay, enjoy your drinks, and continue your cocktail journey in Elsa’s.
