Nestled in the heart of the hotel, within the intimate setting of our wine cellar, our in-house head sommelier has created two wonderful new tutored wine tastings for guests to enjoy during their stay at the Fife.

Mountain wines

As we’re nestled in our own alpine realm here in Scotland, we’ve explored the viticultural heaven created by the complexity and diversity of Alpine conditions and look forward to sharing some of these gems with you.

Small domaine classics

A nod to our love of the classic regions, though through the lens of lesser-known names – the unique and distinctive styles and techniques of small family-run vignerons and producers who thrive in these regions.

Our wine tasting is £90pp and available Monday – Saturday.
