We're delighted to welcome Chef Rosie Healey
In celebration of International Women’s Day on Wednesday 8th March, we are delighted to welcome guest chef Rosie Healey to the Fife Arms kitchen, where she will be taking over the Clunie Dining Room for one night only.
Trained by Yotam Ottolenghi and now Head Chef at Gloriosa in Glasgow, Rosie focuses on cooking delicious, seasonal food over fire that looks simple on the plate but is full of complex flavours. Rosie credits the colours of ingredients as inspiration for her food, and the starting point for many of her dishes.
From a fresh scallop baked in the shell, to British fillet of beef you will be treated to an unforgettable four-course meal in The Clunie Dining Room.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a special cocktail created by our Elsa’s bar team, and canapés before enjoying the specially curated tasting menu.
