The workshop begins with a two-hour guided walk where you will learn about which plants can be used as ingredients for delicious cocktails and the flavours that they’ll produce. On your return to The Fife Arms you will put these flavours to the test and create your own cocktails in our Elsa’s Bar.

Suitable clothing will be required for the walk. Hotel guests can make use of our complimentary wellington boots and coats found in our Boot Room.
